Our last appointment of the day is always applicable a maximum treatment duration of 60 minutes.
What services do you provide?
Moc Huong Spa is a full-service venue that caters to HCMC’s upscale local and expat communities. From body massage (Hawaiian, Thai, Shiatsu, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Four-Hands, Six-Hands, and our signature Moc Huong Body Treatment) to foot treatments and facials, we have it all.
How is the facilities?
Moc Huong Spa offers convenient and helpful facilities such as saunas, steam rooms, and showers in separate locker rooms for men and women. There is always an extra 30 minutes free to enjoy the facility. The atmosphere is always pleasant, with soothing music playing and healthy foods and beverages available.
Jacuzzis are provided only at Moc Huong Gallery Wellness Spa.
To use these amenities, inquire with the receptionist when booking by phone or at the counter.
Do you provide treatments for both male and female clients?
Moc Huong Spa is a licensed spa that can accommodate both male and female clients. We provide private changing rooms and conduct treatments in separate areas to ensure our clients’ privacy at all times.
VIP options?
VIP rooms are complimentary for clients with a VIP plus card; other clients will be charged an additional 30% fee for enjoying the treatment in VIP rooms.
We offer a one-year VIP card that entitles you to a 10% discount on all services when you make a reservation in advance. VIP plus clients will receive a 15% discount and a complimentary VIP room.
Loyalty Card?
Collect one stamp for every treatment at Moc Huong Spa. After 9 treatments, you receive your 10th treatment free.
Moc Huong Spa gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers can be purchased as gifts for friends and loved ones; treat them to a relaxing treatment at a beautiful spa. There is a daily promotion in which if you buy 10 vouchers (of the same value), you will receive two more for free.
Tax invoice and service charge
All menu prices exclude VAT and service charges (10% for Moc Huong Spa Thao Dien and Moc Huong Spa In White, and 15% for Moc Huong Gallery Wellness Spa).
What payment methods do you accept?
Moc Huong Spa accepts cash in Viet Nam Dong or US Dollars (exchange rate updated monthly), as well as a variety of debit and credit cards from American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
Reservation – Reservations can be made via website, Facebook, WhatsApp, or phone. Website bookings cannot be made within 24 hours. Bookings by phone are advised during weekends and public holidays.
Attire – Moc Huong Spa will provide you with spa clothing to ensure that you have a comfortable treatment; additionally, our locker rooms have showers, steam rooms, saunas, sandals, and basic toiletries. If this is your first visit, please ask for more information.
Conversation – Moc Huong Spas are the great place to get some quiet time, conversations should be kept at a low volume at all times to respect fellow customers.
Eating and drinking – It is best to avoid eating for at least an hour before any spa treatment. Drink more water before and after using the steam and sauna.
Exploring the Facilities – We offer other facilities that you may enjoy such as sauna, steam, and a private VIP room (available at a nominal charge) to further enhance your relaxation.
Medical conditions – If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book for an appointment. There may be treatments that are not suitable for your condition. It is also possible that we recommend a treatment that can help you.
Mobile phones – This is a moment to relax. Either turn off or place your mobile phones on silent mode.
Smoking – Moc Huong Spa is kept healthy concept. The policy is not allowed to smoke, however the the flexibility is the garden or ourdoor space arranged the table and the ashtray.
Punctuality – To ensure you maximize your experience please come 15 minutes early and enjoy our steam and sauna. If your flexiblelity is not confirmed in advance, we are not responsible to keep your service.
Therapist — Don’t hesitate to ask for either a male or female therapist. In Moc Huong Spa, we offer both subject to availability at time of your reservation. If you have a favourite therapist from a previous visit, please request for he or her, a nominal surcharge of VND 30,000 will apply.
Gratuity – please note that the pricing of all treatments includes a tip for the therapists. Should you wish to express additional gratitude for services that meet or exceed expectation, kindly feel free to do so. For any additional tips, please pass these to the receptionist when paying – please also be assured they do reach our therapists. Tips are respected but not expected.
Personal Belongings – Moc Huong Spas provide individual lockers for your valuables (including a wallet to place items in to keep with you during your treatment), Your value property should be kept in the box safe, please ask receptionist or manager to advise. We can not take responsibility for any loss that may occur while at the spa if It has not cooperation.
